Affiliate Program — Terms & Conditions
The rules governing your participation in the EdrisFinance Affiliate Program.
These Terms & Conditions (the "Affiliate Terms") govern your participation in the EdrisFinance Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By applying to or being accepted into the Program, you (the "Affiliate") agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms and by the general EdrisFinance Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
1. Definitions
- "Program" means the EdrisFinance Affiliate Program described at /affiliates.
- "Affiliate" means an individual or entity accepted by EdrisFinance to participate in the Program.
- "Affiliate Code" means the personalised alphanumeric code issued to the Affiliate by EdrisFinance (e.g.
TRADEWITHMARCO). - "Referred Customer" means an end user who signs up to EdrisFinance using the Affiliate Code and converts to a paid Ledger PRO subscription.
- "Commission" means the amount payable to the Affiliate for each Referred Customer, as defined in Section 4.
- "Standard Tier" and "Founding Tier" mean the two participation tiers described in Section 4.
2. Eligibility and Acceptance
The Program is open to individuals and entities at least 18 years of age who operate a public-facing audience related to trading, markets, investing, prop firms, or adjacent topics (including content creators, newsletter writers, community owners, educators and coaches). EdrisFinance reviews every application individually and reserves the right to accept or reject any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
Acceptance into the Program is not a guarantee of any minimum income, of any specific volume of referrals, or of any continued participation. The Program is offered as-is and EdrisFinance makes no representation that any Affiliate will earn any specific amount.
3. The Affiliate Code
Upon acceptance, EdrisFinance issues the Affiliate a personalised Affiliate Code. The Affiliate Code is non-exclusive, non-transferable and remains the property of EdrisFinance. The Affiliate may use the Affiliate Code across any of their owned channels — including but not limited to YouTube, X, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, Discord, Telegram, newsletters, blogs and websites — subject to the prohibited conduct rules in Section 6.
Tracking of clicks and conversions associated with the Affiliate Code is performed automatically by EdrisFinance through cookies, URL parameters and Stripe checkout metadata. The Affiliate acknowledges that EdrisFinance's tracking records are the sole authoritative source for Commission calculation.
4. Commission Structure
4.1 Standard Tier
Standard Tier Affiliates earn a Commission equal to 30% of the first-month subscription fee paid by each Referred Customer for Ledger PRO. The Commission is calculated on the gross amount paid by the Referred Customer, net of taxes and any applied discount, and is paid once per Referred Customer — not recurring. Referred Customers automatically receive a 20% discount coupon at checkout.
4.2 Founding Tier
Founding Tier Affiliates are limited to the first 25 partners onboarded during the EdrisFinance launch window. Founding Tier Affiliates earn a Commission equal to 45% of the first-month subscription fee paid by each Referred Customer for Ledger PRO, also paid once per Referred Customer. In addition, Founding Tier Affiliates receive:
- 12 months of complimentary Ledger PRO at no charge, renewable annually as described in Section 4.3;
- A permanent "Founding Partner" badge displayed on the EdrisFinance website where applicable;
- A featured slot in the Founding Partners section of the EdrisFinance homepage (subject to availability and editorial discretion);
- Direct support access via a private team email line with priority response.
Once 25 Founding Tier seats are filled, or once the launch window closes (whichever comes first), no further Founding Tier applications will be accepted and the tier is closed permanently. EdrisFinance reserves the right to define the exact end-date of the launch window at its sole discretion and to publish the closure on this page.
4.3 Annual Renewal of Free PRO (Founding Tier only)
The complimentary 12-month Ledger PRO subscription provided to Founding Tier Affiliates is renewed annually at no charge, conditional on the Affiliate having generated at least three (3) paid Referred Customers during the previous 12 months. The activity review is performed automatically by EdrisFinance approximately 30 days before the subscription expiry. If the activity threshold is not met, the complimentary subscription will not be renewed and the Affiliate will be notified by email. The Affiliate's Affiliate Code, Commission rate and Founding Partner badge are not affected by a non-renewal of the free PRO — those remain in effect for the lifetime of the Affiliate's active partnership.
4.4 Calculation Basis
For the purpose of clarity, the Commission is calculated on a base subscription price (e.g. USD 12 per month for monthly Ledger PRO at launch). EdrisFinance reserves the right to modify the base subscription price at any time; modifications affect Commission calculation only for Referred Customers acquired after the modification effective date.
5. Payouts
Commissions become payable to the Affiliate after the conclusion of the Stripe refund window for each Referred Customer (typically 14 days from the initial payment). EdrisFinance processes payouts monthly, on or around the 15th day of each calendar month, for all Commissions earned in the prior calendar month and not subject to refund, dispute or chargeback.
A minimum payout threshold of USD 50 applies. If the Affiliate's accumulated payable Commission for a given month is below this threshold, the balance is carried forward to the following month. Payouts are made in USD via Stripe Connect, Wise or another method mutually agreed in writing.
The Affiliate is solely responsible for declaring and paying any income tax, withholding tax, value-added tax or other tax obligation applicable in the Affiliate's jurisdiction in connection with Commissions received under the Program. EdrisFinance does not withhold taxes on behalf of the Affiliate and does not provide tax advice.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The Affiliate agrees not to:
- Self-referral. Sign up to EdrisFinance using their own Affiliate Code, or refer customers who are immediate household members or controlled entities of the Affiliate.
- Brand keyword bidding. Run paid advertising on Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Bing or any other ad platform bidding on the keywords "EdrisFinance", "Edris Finance" or any close variation, misspelling or compound term.
- Trademark misuse. Register domain names, social media handles or trademarks containing "EdrisFinance", "Edris" or any confusingly similar term without prior written consent.
- Misrepresentation. Make false, misleading or unverifiable claims about EdrisFinance — including but not limited to inventing features, guaranteeing profits, or impersonating EdrisFinance staff.
- Incentivised signups. Offer cash, rewards, kickbacks or other inducements in exchange for signing up to EdrisFinance using the Affiliate Code (including "I'll send you $5 if you subscribe with my code" type offers).
- Spam and unsolicited contact. Send unsolicited bulk email, direct messages, forum posts or comments to promote the Affiliate Code. The Affiliate may only promote EdrisFinance to audiences that have opted in to receive content from the Affiliate.
- Disclosure violations. Fail to disclose the affiliate relationship where required by applicable law (including FTC Endorsement Guides in the United States, ASA Code in the United Kingdom, AGCM rules in Italy, and analogous regulations elsewhere).
- Adult, illegal or harmful content. Promote EdrisFinance alongside content that is sexually explicit, glorifies violence, promotes illegal activity, or targets minors.
- Cookie stuffing or click fraud. Use any automated, scripted, fraudulent or deceptive method to inflate clicks, impressions or conversions attributed to the Affiliate Code.
7. Refunds, Chargebacks and Clawbacks
If a Referred Customer obtains a refund of their subscription fee, or initiates a successful chargeback within 60 days of the payment, the corresponding Commission will be reversed. If the Commission has already been paid out to the Affiliate, EdrisFinance reserves the right to deduct the reversed amount from future Commissions, or, in the absence of future Commissions, to invoice the Affiliate for the reversed amount.
8. Suspension and Termination
EdrisFinance may suspend or terminate an Affiliate's participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, by sending notice to the Affiliate's registered email address. In case of termination for violation of these Affiliate Terms, EdrisFinance reserves the right to forfeit any unpaid Commissions and to reverse paid Commissions attributable to fraudulent or non-compliant activity.
The Affiliate may withdraw from the Program at any time by sending a written request to support@edrisfinance.com. Pending Commissions earned through compliant activity prior to the withdrawal will be paid out in the next regular payout cycle, subject to the minimum payout threshold.
9. Relationship of the Parties
The Affiliate is an independent contractor. Nothing in these Affiliate Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture or franchise relationship between EdrisFinance and the Affiliate. The Affiliate has no authority to bind EdrisFinance, to make representations on EdrisFinance's behalf, or to incur any obligation on EdrisFinance's account.
10. Intellectual Property
EdrisFinance grants the Affiliate a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the EdrisFinance name, logo, screenshots and marketing materials provided by EdrisFinance solely for the purpose of promoting EdrisFinance under this Program. The Affiliate must not modify the EdrisFinance logo, combine it with other marks, or use it in a way that implies endorsement or partnership beyond the affiliate relationship. The licence terminates automatically upon termination of the Affiliate's participation in the Program.
11. Data Protection
EdrisFinance collects and processes data about the Affiliate (name, contact email, social handle, platform, payout details, performance metrics) for the purpose of operating the Program. This processing is governed by the EdrisFinance Privacy Policy. The Affiliate does not have access to any personal data of Referred Customers; aggregate, anonymised performance metrics are made available in the Affiliate dashboard where applicable.
12. Changes to the Program
EdrisFinance reserves the right to modify these Affiliate Terms, the Commission rates, the tier structure, the minimum payout threshold, or any other aspect of the Program at any time. Material changes affecting future Commissions will be communicated to active Affiliates by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Founding Tier Affiliates accepted prior to a material change to Founding Tier Commission rates retain their original Commission rate for the lifetime of their active partnership, subject only to suspension or termination for cause as described in Section 8.
13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Program is offered on an as-is basis. EdrisFinance makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Program, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdrisFinance's total liability to any Affiliate arising out of or in connection with the Program is limited to the total Commissions paid to that Affiliate in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event shall EdrisFinance be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of audience, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Affiliate Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EdrisFinance is established, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Affiliate Terms shall first be addressed by good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the place where EdrisFinance is established.
15. Entire Agreement
These Affiliate Terms, together with the EdrisFinance Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between EdrisFinance and the Affiliate regarding the Program and supersede any prior agreements, communications or representations, whether oral or written. If any provision of these Affiliate Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
